The whole is greater

How I work...
My sessions are practical and action-orientated. I want you to have concrete take-aways from this work – so you not only increase your relational intelligence but can actually change how you relate for the benefit of everyone involved. I really want you to know what to do as a result of this work and feel committed to doing it.
You may come knowing what you want to explore. You may already have a list of outcomes or goals. You may not yet. Either way, we refine them together, I listen to what the relationship needs and facilitate exercises to investigate those goals. Essentially, you create the agenda, and I help you get there.
My exercises are experiential, dynamic and creative to enable you to look at issues from different angles. I aim for the session to be fun! Difficult topics can be handled lightly and in doing so, new ways forward are found. You leave more positive, more connected and more aware of how to tackle any challenges together.
I would strongly recommend Jess to anyone who would like to improve the way they interact as a couple, and particularly to couples who are dealing with significant life changes.
I draw on my background, personal and professional experience, training and interests when coaching you
Like with all coaching, the work is future-focussed and each session ends with everyone in the system committing to small, doable actions. I hold you to account when we review at the next session. In this way we build momentum, confidence, and skill.
Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly. I can never be what I ought to be until you are what you ought to be. This is the interrelated structure of reality.
