Only through our connectedness to others can we really know and enhance the self.
And only through working on the self can we begin to enhance our connectedness to others.
I work with leaders at all levels to increase their relational intelligence. By looking at their relationship with everything around them (including themselves), they can start to think about how they might like to change the status quo for the good of their people and their organisations.

How we work Together...
I usually work with leaders for around 6 sessions or so over 4 – 8 months. We have a chemistry conversation initially to check the fit is right – it’s important you find the right coach for you. It’s also a chance for me to find out about you and what you would like to get from this work.
If we decide to work together, sessions are 2 hours or so, intensive and online or face-to-face. I make use of a variety of systemic coaching techniques designed to get you as the leader to your outcomes that you have personally identified. As ever, all coaching sessions are confidential and I don’t report back on progress to line managers or sponsors of the work – I encourage you as the leader to do that if that is needed.
I make sure the sessions are warm, relaxed, creative and rigorous. I want you to have concrete take-aways from this work, so you increase your relational intelligence and actually shift how you communicate with others in your ‘system’ for the benefit of everyone involved.
